Check this S-10....read the story
So, I've got a cousin in Kentucky, actually lives a few miles down the road from me. Normal routine is to go 4 wheeling in the woods with a few friends. Well, he bought this used s-10 quad cab a few years back.

It's got the doors ripped off, the hood gone, and he gives it absolute hell. One day, he got so drunk that he literally jumped in a ditch, and then kept driving. Truck has too a hell of a beating, and it still won't quit. It runs on shredded tires most of the time and it sparks every time it gets on the road. Talk about heart and the love of Chevy.

Not exactly made for muddin, but he seems to think so.

That is one hell of an experience, driving in a ditch with shredded tires, sounds pretty dangerous. But, as far as it goes for the car, tell your cousin, if you love your car it'll love you back, if you don't it will end up ditching you. So, if he doesn't mend his ways, he'll need to mend his car every single day. I mean the car is made for rough situations, doesn't means that you don't give the car, what it needs to travel in rough situations!

What is he crazy or something. Firstly was he short of cash when he bought the car. Secondly if he was short on cash, then why does he want to destroy his own car?

I checkmarked it's capable powertrain through some uphill interstate acceleration tests, and it was more than satisfying. Still a great engine! However, the engine is loud, coarse sounding like it is really fighting to stay in the higher RPM's.
