The importance of proper tire pressure...
Adjusting your tire pressure is free and takes very little time, but it can have a HUGE impact on handling. Different riding conditions warrant different tire pressures, yet people rarely make any changes unless their tire is flat. You should also make sure the pressure from the left to right is the same - you can have different pressures in the front and back, but not from side to side.

RE: The importance of proper tire pressure...
Totally agree with that. Everyone should check their tire pressure especially before making a long trip. Most cars, in Europe at least, have the optimum tire pressure marked on their side skirts, visible when you open the door. Be sure to take into consideration that info.

RE: The importance of proper tire pressure...
This is actually true, the air pressure in the tire has a lot to do with handling. Ever notice how the bike gets out of control when the tires go flat. So it's important to keep it at the normal required level. Take the pressure high, and your tire might end up in a blast!

RE: The importance of proper tire pressure...
Yes, my bike once went flat, and I started to get a bit disbalanced. I stopped at the moment to see what the problem is, and discovered my tyre was flat!

Keep in mind that the best thing you can look at to determine the best gas mileage SUV is what kind of rates the SUV is getting both at home and on the road. You have to balance this against where you plan on driving the SUV and what kind of driving you are going to be doing the most. Then you can find the best gas mileage SUV.
