Best choice for teenagers?

So, what do you suggest for a teenager, a dirt bike or an ATV? Also, what's the best size for two riders? I'm thinking whatever I get, it should be used, especially since this is a gift for first time riders.

Personally, I would prefer any time an ATV, that's why I got one for myself. The dirt bike is pretty cool, but you can't compare the feeling of riding a 4x4 vehicle with nothing .

An ATV is definitely a lot more sturdy and gives a better riding experience. I too would choose an ATV.

Dirt bikes look fun, but they are a bit risky to give to a teenager. Because then the teenager will be tempted to perform stunts. ATV on the other hand is comparatively safe, and more heavy looking. Plus these ATVs' can be used on all sorts of terrain.

I don't think dirt bikes are risky....no one will try to do tricks unless they know they can do tricks...it's logic. Still, I sustain my opinion that ATV rules

i will stick with ATV. Agreed that dirt bikes are more fun but its very risky and you kind of feel dirty riding them
